I'm the developer on this project, so I'd like to clarify exactly what we're looking for.  This is a Rails 3 app.

1. Facebook - Specifically, we're using Authlogic to handle authentication and need to integrate with Facebook to allow people to register and login that way.  I have some of the code there but I feel that if someone had done this before it would probably be far easier for them to just do it.

2. PayPal - We would like to find someone with experience using PayPal with Rails.  Even more specifically someone who is familiar with chained transactions in PayPal with Rails. We would probably be happy to find someone who knows one of "paypal + rails" or "paypal with chained transactions".
