We are hiring for a developer who enjoys life, coding, and the pursuit of challenges. We are not recruiters or HR! Your resume will be looked at by fellow programmers and if you are qualified we'll ask you for an interview. Cultural fit and resourcefulness are very important to us. It even trumps experience to some degree. So, our interview would not only be to see if you know how to remove the conditionals from a car door, but to see if you would fit in our band of merry men/women. If hired, you will be working with other developers in our small team that have over a decade of experience each. It's a great opportunity for you to learn from us and us to learn from your unique experiences.
