Dear friends and colleagues,

I am delighted to share with you that today my latest book, Sharia Versus the U.S. Constitution, was released.

The book is built on Arabic Muslim primary sources and examines classical Sharia as medieval Muslim scholars articulated and practiced it. It contrasts elements of classical Islamic law with the U.S. Constitution, amendment by amendment, showing precisely where its guarantees collide with the requirements of classical Sharia.

While scholarly at its core, the book is written in an accessible, easy-to-read style in order to communicate ideas and arguments to everyday readers.

The book was released on America’s 250th birthday and is published by Think and Tell, a trade publisher led by Qur’ān manuscript scholar Daniel Brubaker, who also wrote the foreword.

You can find more information about the book here, and it is available for purchase here.

Thanks and all the best to you all. And Happy 4th of July to all celebrating.
