Hello,
Has anybody heard about a Rum monk named Sylvestros who wrote in Greek, in the year 1650 AD, a report about the village of Hardin - Lebanon? The monk supposedly moved from Hardin to St George Monastery - Jordan, taking with him manuscripts and icons.
The Arabic translation of this document is published in a book on Hardin by Rafic Basil, p 271-273

باسيل، رفيق. مسيرة البطولات والدين في قرية الثلاثين حردين، البوار: مؤسسة دكاش للطباعة، 2004)

without mentioning the origin of the document. I am wondering where the original document is preserved?

Thank you,
