No, this is the probably late 12th-century or early 13th-century Melkite bishop of Sidon, most famous for his "Letter to a Muslim Friend." Not to be confused with Paul of Aleppo (d. 1669), Patriarch Macarius ibn al-Za'im's son and archdeacon who wrote the "Journey of the Patriarch Macarius."
