On the Vorlage of Medici's Arabic Gospels

Dear colleagues,

It has been stated that the Arabic gospels printed by the Medici Press are based on the so-called Alexandrian Vulgate, available in the manuscript Vat. Copt. 9.

I haven't systematically collated the two texts, but I can recognize some differences between them. Is there any analytical study on the question of the Medici gospels' textual origins that you would recommend?
