[nascas] Topkapi Manuscript facsimile edition

I have been looking for this book everywhere, but I can only find it in one place fro $5000.
The book is:

Do you think that any of you can help me getting me a PDF version of it? I need the facsimile edition.
If someone has a hard copy, I am also interested in negotiating the price.

These links contain the analytical work of the manuscript not the facsimile edition.
The facsimile edition is not online, I was hoping that someone might have it in his/her library and can help me with it.
