Works on Arabic Technical/Translational Terminology

Dear all,

Does anybody have PDFs of these works on Arabic translational terminology? I have access to physical copies of the Käs and Ullmann but would like them in PDF form before traveling, and thought I would check before making my own scan.

• Fabian Käs, Die Mineralien in der arabischen Pharmakognosie (both vols)
• Alfred Siggel, Arabisch-deutsches Worterbuch der Stoffe: Aus den drei Naturreichen die in arabischen alchemistischen Handscriften Vorkommen
• Manfred Ullmann,  Wörterbuch zu den griechisch-arabischen Übersetzungen des 9. Jahrhunderts
