Theol. 182 is not digitized, I believe, so I think it can only be accessed at the Coptic Museum (I'm not sure how easy or difficult it is to gain access).

The PDF Alexander kindly uploaded is also found on the Archive page of CPART:

As for the Patriarchate manuscript that Father Nagi enquires about in another post, if it is not digitised by CPART, the only way is to make an in-person visit. It is probably now kept at the Monastery of St. Mina in Alexandria. A letter from the Pope might be needed, too.

Hello,

Many valuable collections cannot be accessed for similar reasons. Digitisation projects should be the priority of institutional funds, rather than research projects. Once these collections are made accessible to researchers, profound studies and text editions will abound. Let's hope and pray for that bright day to come.
