Does anyone happen to have a PDF copy of O. Löfgren - R. Traini, Catalogue of the Arabic Manuscripts in the Biblioteca Ambrosiana vol. 1: Antico fondo and medio fondo (Vicenza 1975)?

If a PDF is not available, photos of pp. 3-4 would also be just fine.
