When working with narwhal-lib, should we push changes to the narwhal-lib github repo or the future branch of kris' narwhal repo?

Are the two repo's synchronized?
Personally, I would prefer to work with the standalone narwhal-lib repo.

Either is fine; I synchronize them with git subtree.
