Hi All,

I issued a pull request on git-hub regarding the issue mentioned in
the thread below:

I would have replied to that thread, but the option was not
available. Anyhow, tusk now respects the http_proxy environment
variable for *nix users:

Can you add an annotation to the top of the affected files like:

https://github.com/280north/narwhal/blob/master/lib/narwhal/client.js#L1

And add yourself to the contributors list in README.md and
package.json if you will.
