[tusk] End-of-central-directory signature not found.

Hi, guys!

I have installed narwhal and tusk from cappucino starter package. When
I trying to install additional packages I receive errors:

bgleb-mac:~ bgleb$ tusk install markdown
The following packages will be installed:
* markdown
Downloading: http://github.com/gmosx/markdown/zipball/master
Unzipping: /usr/local/narwhal/zips/markdown.zip
Error: ZIP end of central directory record signature invalid (expects
0x04034b50, actually 0x6d74683c)

I'm running Mac OS X 10.6. Some debug output:

$ unzip -v
UnZip 5.52 of 28 February 2005, by Info-ZIP ...

$ narwhal --version
Narwhal Version 0

It's due to Github's switch to HTTPS and us not following redirects. I'm working on a fix.

I think for http-client we should just always follow the redirects, or perhaps make it an option?

Also, can we remove the old code from Isaac's http-client or is that still used?
