What is cool about this sample pack for ableton live is that along with the amazing melody loops there are 34 stems for each loop, making it easy for you to work with each stem individually in different tracks in ableton and really customize the samples and make them your own.
When transferring your Ableton Live Packs folder to your new computer, all you have to do is navigate to the installation folder of your choice from the Preferences: Library > Installation Folder for Packs. In this case you would be selecting the existing folder that you copied over. Live's default Pack installation folder name is "Factory Packs", so if you have used that same name when migrating, Ableton might not recognize your existing Packs besides the Core Library. Don't freak out and think you need to go through and reinstall your massive selection of audio goodness, there's a simple fix. Ableton just doesn't know about the other packs in that folder yet because you haven't selected a "new" destination.
Just do this: from the Preferences: Library > Installation Folder for Packs select Desktop (or any folder that doesn't have Packs in it) as your Packs installation folder and choice NOT to transfer your existing packs to the new location. Then, go back and repeat the same process, choosing your migrated folder (in this case "Factory Packs"). Now Ableton will scrub through the folder and all of your Packs will be recognized.
Also we capture settings specifically when no audio adapter is selected. Why? Because the audio adapter of the machine your making the package on will no doubt be different to the machines your deploying to. If you do this then typically/historically users are greeted with an error about the audio adapter. Selecting no audo adapter on the capture, users historically have been greeted with a prompt to select and audio adapter which correct for the machine that launched Ableton. Historically this file contains "some of the application preferences". I say some because not all settings are saved to this file annoyingly.

Note: the version number will change depending on the version of Ableton live your working with.
The file below contains the majority of where the sound libraries are installed etc... . The username (typically packaged with the admin account) admin has been replaced with %%USERNAME%%. Its important to place this into the package without launching the app as it will dynmaically replace the value with the currently logged on user in the file. The file also contains all the factory/sample sounds installed. Needless to say, the policy should deploy the same sample sounds as the ones listed in this file.

If your using Sassafras as a floating license manager to license Ableton. The below file tells Ableton to use Sassafras to obtain a license.

A: Ableton Live is popular due to its dual nature as software used to create recorded audio as well as to facilitate live performance. "When I heard the samples from the Deep Premium Pack II back in the day I was instantly hooked and knew I have never heard better sounding and better fitting drum samples for the sound I wanted to do, but could not quite get together. After I bought the first samples I fell in love with some synth presets, before I took all classes on sound design to make my own sounds. In the meantime we started cooperating and I have access to all sounds and samples (which is great), but I also contribute a lot of templates and samples myself. I am very happy for the opportunity to present my sounds to the big PML community and hope everybody out there now feel about my packs how I once felt."
Inside this Official Artist Sound Pack, created together with Ben Böhmer and PML, you'll find Ableton Project Files for 7 new, fully produced, professional tracks that you can break down, analyse and edit yourself + Samples, MIDI and Ben Böhmer's original default Ableton Project for playing live.

Some sample packs miss the nuances of playing string instruments, this pack addresses that by providing multiple articulations such as palm muted, slap bass, open etc. Have a listen to the soundlcoud link below, the pack sounds very good. These instruments would sit well in your mix or used to write guide parts with.
Puremagnetik is another favourite of production team of mine. They often do production work for Ableton Live building packs and sample libraries. Their own website sells plugins and packs too and is worth checking out.
