Position: Senior Java developer /Java Lead (Ex Caps Only)

Work Location: McLean, VA – Hybrid – 3 Days A Week

Required Work Authorization: USC & GC Only

Type of Hire: Corp to Corp (C2C)

 

·       Must be Ex Employee of Capital One.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience.

 

·       IV process: 3 rounds – the first 2 rounds are back to back (30 minutes with 2 tech leads, so an hour total for the first 2)

·       The team is in Consumer Identity – they manage the services of credential management. They are customer facing applications that are critical and high volume. Looking for someone that can help with development and then help to support as well. They do not have direct production support, so the team rotates on call for Prod Support.

·       On call rotation- this is on call for one week between the team members (usually every 5 weeks). This is mostly backend development.
