Michael,

Brilliant little game. Very fun and relaxing. Turned out to be just what some of us needed this year. I'd really love to tour those canals (I'm in USA) but failing that I would love to see some additions to the game. Any possibility?

Cheers,

Hi Kelly,
yes additions are planned. Sorry that the progress is a bit slow.

Still on my to do list is to complete the final section of the llangollen canal going actually until the city llangollen.

Also there's a little tug boat in the queue which has to be assigned a few tasks. Still unsure how this will come out but it will include pushing/pulling things around.

Then actually a new area is planned to be added. This will not exactly be a canal but mainly a part of the river "Ribble". This section is called "Ribble link" and connects the Rufford Branch of the Leeds & Liverpool over the tidal Rivers Douglas, Ribble and the Savick Brook with the Lancaster Canal. Still unsure how far this will be covered but the Lock connecting to the River Douglas and at least part of the Savick Brook.

Other canals are planned. It helps a little bit that britain does currently scan the terrain form of the entire country with the "National Lidar Programme". So it's just adding foliage, buildings, locks, canals.

The game just recently had (& will have) some nice attention by some wonderful youtube channels recently. I am sure this will motivate me a bit more. :-)

Cheers,
Michael
