Fatal PHP error on first run

Hi,
I encountered this Apache error while running Narro the first time: It
is a PHP Fatal error.

My system is Windows Vista. Does anyone have the same problem and how
do you solve it? Thanks!

The framework doesn't support php 5.3, try a lower version, 5.2.
Although I cannot guarantee everything will work on Windows since I
haven't tested.
