In a very productive morning, Samir and Squirrel:

1. Separated Scriptwriter into its own project. (The with_scriptwriter branch is still present - we'll tidy it up later - but we shouldn't add more to it.)

2. Tidied git by removing old branches.

3. Switched andAlso to and_also. NOTE: this will break code currently using andAlso.

4. Removed build.xml and pom.xml. NOTE: this will break our current CI setup.

5. May be controversial! Removed lib directory plus .project and .classpath files and introduced the Gradle Eclipse plugin to generate these files. See the README for setup instructions. NOTE: this will break existing Eclipse project setups.

We now have only three remaining 1.0 release issues to complete.
