Tito Santana Taquerias doors opened in 2011. After a countless hours in test kitchen, we learned the good the bad and the ugly of the Baja Cal Tacos. Took everything we love to eat and put it on our Menu.

He was adventurous and lived an active life. He loved soccer, tennis, swimming, and all things nature. Above all, he loved his Lord Jesus Christ. He had a passion for ministry, soul winning, and was a member of his local Seventh-day Adventist Church congregation. His favorite passages from scripture were John 14:1-3 and Psalm 91. His influence on all our lives will continue and we will miss him greatly.

Tito and her older brother, Michael, attended music camps at the Salvation Army every summer in her youth. She recalls growing up surrounded by others who loved music and ministry, and she was inspired by their programs.
Not only did Tito travel to Turks and Caicos and South Africa for music with the Salvation Army, but she also had the chance to share her love of music through a study abroad trip with the University. In 2011, Tito and other University music students played concerts in Budapest, Germany and Austria.
