Hey NAPpers!

We’re so excited for this semester to begin and to see y’all after the break! Just as a reminder, or if you are new to NAP, our mission is: To bring more people from the Madison community into the pursuit of a less cruel world- focusing on compassion for all life on Earth.

This week:

First Classroom Meeting of the semester

This Thursday, the 14th, @ 6pm in Humanities room 1651

Join us for our kick-off meeting! We’ll go over our fun plans for the semester, get to know each other, and of course eat fantastic snacks!

Shrine Circus Protest

This Sunday, the 16th, @ the alliant energy center

Shrine Circus is coming to Madison over the weekend, and they use live animals in their shows, which many of us believe to be unjust and cruel, so we will be protesting their afternoon show on Sunday. We will talk about this more at our meeting on Thursday, so anyone interested can get details at our meeting or message us on Facebook!

Hope to see you all tomorrow night!

Courtney Clark

VP of Nature and Animal Protection
