403 and 401 errors

We've noticed we're getting 403 errors back from the Napster API. I think it started a few days ago. Is this expected? Did something change? I also am now having some issues making API requests locally. It seems possibly that the auth/access control is cached, especially on the /search endpoint. I've tried apiKey and apikey has the header keys, without luck. Oddly, I'm hitting mostly 401 errors locally, but our production servers are getting the 403s. Any advice on what's going wrong?
