If I search for a track by napster id, I would expect the track availability for each market the track is available in to be returned, however it does not appear this is returned.

Is there a way to obtain this information for a specific track?

There is no way in the Napster API to retrieve stream availability across all regions/catalogs. The purpose of the API is to portray for the currently signed in user's catalog what content is available.
