sample project WPFSampleApp fails under.NET Framework 4

I tried use this sample project WPFSampleApp under.NET Framework 4 (In Visual Studio 2013). It open up MainWindow and then close itself. It even didn't show the "Check for Update" button. When I debug it can pass

updManager.ReinstateIfRestarted(); line.

If I open provided .NET 3.5 WPF Application it worked properly.

Is this NAUpdate is not compatible with .NET 4 or above?

I haven't tried it myself. It should work, if it doesn't there's probably an exception being thrown. Run in debug mode and see what happens?
