NAppUpdate framewok issue when working with multi-user on the same machine

In first i have installed my application using msi file...(Its working fine for all users because owner of all files of application is SYSTEM)

When application is getting update with NAppdate, say user1 is downloading updates. After updates successfully downloaded, all application files are readonly for other users on this machine (File's owner is unknown).

So application not working for all other users.

Any help will be appreciated.
