How to use UpdateFromZipTask?

Is this Task ready to use?
Could someone provide an example NauXml Feed?

This task is from a fork of NAU. It looks legit and apparently has been used before. The feed properties can be assembled by looking at the Task class, and I believe there was a blog post associated with this specific Task class. HTH.
