Minutes of meeting at Peshawar

hope u all will be fine ,and no more tired.first oF
all i am very thankfull to u all ppl who came.it was
really a very nice gethering.
the perpose of this email is
1.to thanks all of you.
2.give details to those who did not attend this
gethering.
3.handover the task to working group ,for further
achievments.
i will tell you one thing that it is not a single
person job.we all have to be together and work for
it.and it is shown in that gethering that all of us
want such sociaty .so we all should play our role.as i
have done my job.now this is handover to working
group.we all r with them.so let me tell u the details
of that day.......
The registartion was started at 10am,in this just the
record of the name ,contact no and email add is
needed.64 ppl were registered.
at 11pm we had started our progarm .although it was a
bit late .becose of some of our colleauges r on the
way.
mr saleem akbar recite a few verses from surah REHMAN.
than i present the programe details .and ask for one
anchor person, who can continue this programe.MR NIZAR
came forward.than we ask for the members for working
group.we need three persons (one female),so 8
candidates were there .and we ask from all to write
the name of their choice on a paper.and give us.In
this all particepates except dr sarwar and mr
tajdar(as the only one critaria for that working group
is to be a graduates of a pipos).we than count the
votes.and finally 3 members were selected for working
group.the names r .........
1.MR AYAZ KHAN
2.MR ABDUL AZIZ
3.MISS BASREEN TALAT.
after that dr sarwar give brief introduction of
ISPO.and mr irtaza kazmi give some information about
NAPO.
After lunch braek, MR ayas ask for suggestion.and
finally it is decided that this working group have a
email add .through which u all can give ur suggestion
and commets and than thay will inform us for further
planing.
SO NOW THAY HAVE THE EMAIL ADD IS

and at the end we plane to have a dinner and some
programe as ,many graduates came from outside and want
to enjoy the evening together.
so that was the end of that day .
we should continue this efforts.and help the working
group as much as we can .so from my side ALLAH HAFIZ
,now the working group need ur suggestion .i am very
thankfull to all of you ,who help me to make this
gethering possiable and succefull.thanks again.best
