Unveiling Indian Constitution Values: Navigating Access to Justice for the Marginalized

Dear all,

The National Alliance for Justice, Accountability, and Rights (NAJAR) - NAPM's Law and Justice Forum - invites you for a session on *Unveiling Indian Constitution Values: Navigating Access to Justice for Marginalised*, as we mark Ambedkar Jayanti today. The Speakers are Arvind Narrain, Indira Unninayar and Clara Mallik. The session shall be moderated by Naven Gautam.

The panel discussion will focus on how India's Constitution stands as a beacon of democratic ideals and values, enshrining principles of justice, equality, liberty, and fraternity. As India evolves around the present political unrest, grappling with social, political, and economic transformations, it becomes imperative to re-examine and reaffirm the foundational tenets of its Constitution and access to justice principle attached to the same.
