The National Alliance for Justice, Accountability and Rights (NAJAR) and the All India Feminist Alliance (ALIFA) of the National Alliance of People’s Movements (NAPM) invite you to join us for an in-depth discussion, as we review a decade of the significant NALSA Judgement for Transgender Person's Rights delivered by the Supreme Court and subsequent legal developments, including the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019, Rules and other policy and judicial interventions. Our panelists and moderator, including three amazing trans-identified young lawyers and two powerful transgender rights, feminist activists shall analyze the journeys & challenges, while also reflecting on ways forward in securing the legal and human rights of transpeople across the country.
