iPad app time shifting

I just downloaded the iPad app for 'What's On HD' and for some reason
the listings are all 30 minutes behind. For example, Chuck starts at
8pm but is shown as starting at 8:30. I couldn't find a setting for
changing this. I tried deleting all data and starting over but it did
it again the second time. Any ideas?

If you go to Settings.app > General > Date & Time, what is your Time
Zone set to? Also, what provider and zip code are you using?
