Missing channels

On Rogers standard cable channel guide (Toronto, Canada) there are two
channel 26s. I don't know why, and I only get one on the Tv. Zap2it
website shows both, and the old version of What's on? used to show
both, but the new version (2.0.1) doesn't, not on the schedule page or
the Location channel selection page.
