Fox Channel 5 disappeared from my cablevision lineup while there was a
dispute but a week later I cannot get the channel back. I've reset
everything and even deleted and reinstalled the app, still no FOx
channel 5 in NY.

No worries, we are aware of the issue. It's not on your end. It's on
ours.
We are working with our data provider to re-enable channels 5 and 7
for CableVision.
You will see the channels appear inline once they have been re-
enabled.
