Fox Channel 5 disappeared from my cablevision lineup while there was a
dispute but a week later I cannot get the channel back. I've reset
everything and even deleted and reinstalled the app, still more...

No worries, we are aware of the issue. It's not on your end. It's on
ours.
We are working with our data provider to re-enable channels 5 and 7
for CableVision.
You will see the channels appear more...
