As most PICUs we have a great deal of men come though our doors and in
my opinion the majority have sexual frustrations/ problems/ medication
side effects/ sexuality issues or confidence issues. I am desperate to
get some kind of clinic set up on a weekly/ fortnightly basis which
will be on an open door basis and would offer confidential expert
advise. I have tried to search for psycho-sexual counsellors but with
no luck. Have any PICUs out there ever set up such a service within
their unit? If you have any ideas or advise I am all ears.
