During our POMH-UK audit we came out with about 78% high dose
prescribing. Our Trust then compared this to other Acute units. I
would like to ask other PICU’s what their stats were in order to get a
clear reflection of how we are doing regarding this issue. Obviously
given the nature of the client group that are treated on PICU’s there
would more than likely be more high dose prescribing.
Can any other PICU’s help with giving me a more accurate comparison.
