[Allison Edwards (North Wales NHS Trust - Wards)]

Are any other trusts implementing the hospitals at night policy, with band 6 nurses? From august in line with the WTD our trust will have a shortage of SHO cover and will plug this gap with band 6 nurses triaging nightime assessments. If this is happening elsewhere i would appreciate any advice or training issues you have encountered ?
