Namaskar;
As you all know the current NAOO executive committee is beyond its mandated term and we need to hold an election to formulate next executive committee. However it was brought to our attention that in order to conduct such election we have to update and create an official roster of NAOO members. Meanwhile, there are other issues that need to be addressed in addition to holding a fair and timely election. As discussed at the meeting held on 11/22/2009 in Cleveland (it was announced on our website) I propose that we form an ad-hoc committee with mandated powers specifically to:
1. conduct next election by stated date
2. establish current membership roster for all purpose, including the next election
3. suggest future structure of NAOO.
with this email I request 2 members representing 4 regions of Ohio by midnight December 8, 2009.The approximate geographic demarcation of the regions are stated below. If anyone else is interested please feel free to send in nomination and we will try to accommodate. 
Once the committee is formed please feel free to furnish your ideas to better our organization. We will post the details in the coming weeks. Please check our website for all information related to NAOO. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you.
