CoDa Nanopub Publishing Issue

Hi, 

I am trying to publish CoDa Nanopubs to server but unfortunately, they are not publishing. Only first 30 Nanopubs are publishing after that nanopub-Java library stuck to publish more. The following steps, I am doing to publish

1. nanopubs.trig file contains all nanopubs
2. Create the TrustyURI for all nanopubs (np mktrusty -v nanopubs.trig)
3. Publish (np publish trusty.nanopubs.trig)

Please guide me regarding this issue.

Hi Imran,

Can you share the nanopub.trig file, so I can investigate this?

Ideally the trustified version. And possibly minimized (e.g. first 31
nanopubs), depending on the size of the dataset.
