Hi all,

It's time for our April updates:

- We attended the Founders Day 2026 of the Swiss Startup Association, and it was great to connect to other startups, investors, and other actors of the startup world. Knowledge Pixels sparked interest at many places. https://swissstartupassociation.ch/founders-day-2026/

- We are really happy to announce that our proposal Nanoarguments has been accepted as NLnet project. We are looking forward to working on this, and will share more details shortly. https://nlnet.nl/project/Nanoarguments/

- We successfully completed our first incubator project, "FAIR Vocabularies for Chemical Risk Assessment." Working closely with Gertjan Bisschop, we explored how nanopublications can support community-driven vocabularies for chemical risk assessment, and expanded our platform with new features for consuming and publishing ontologies and vocabularies along the way. https://knowledgepixels.com/incubator.html

- We released nanopub-elements: a Web Components library to display query results and individual nanopublications easily on any webpage. https://github.com/nanopublication/nanopub-elements

- We are extending our incubator #4 "FAIRification of mass spectrometry workflows using FDOs" by three more months to have more time to work on its promising developments. https://knowledgepixels.com/incubator.html#incubator4

- And we are very happy and proud to announce that we are among the five finalists of the Startup Pitch competition of the Knowledge Graph Conference (KGC) 2026: https://www.knowledgegraph.tech/startup-pitch/

And a late-breaking update: we just got notification that we ended up in 3rd place at the KGC Startup Pitch competition, out of nearly 100 submissions!

Stay tuned for more updates from KGC and beyond!

Regards,
Tobias

Apologies, this email should have gone to our Knowledge Pixels mailing
list, not the Nanopublication one.

(But if you're interested in such kinds of updates from our company in
the future, you can sign up here:
https://groups.google.com/g/knowledgepixels :) )

Best,
Tobias
