Upcoming changes to CMakeLists.txt in 0.4.8

Hi all,
Just a heads up that the CMakeLists.txt logic has been modified to
put nanopb components under Python module "nanopb" and include path
/usr/include/nanopb. Previously the files were prone to name collisions
with other packages.
The changes in pull request #907 have been merged to master branch and
will be released in nanopb-0.4.8 later this year. If you use CMakeLists.txt,
it would be a good time to test against latest code and report any problems.
These changes do not affect FindNanopb.cmake.
