Spam on the forum

Hi,

Looks like spammers have finally figured out how to get past
Google Groups filters.

I have now enabled message moderation for new users.
Hopefully it resolves the spam issue, but it may delay posts
a bit if I'm not around to accept them. If there is anyone
interested in helping moderate the forum, just drop me an
email privately.
