0.3.9.5 ~ 0.4.1 linux package cannot make simple example

Hi~

I make simple example with 0.3.9.5, but it cannot work.

I also try 0.4.1 linux package, but it fails, too.

However, 0.4.2 ~ 0.4.8 linux package can get positive result.

Looks like protoc.bin have missing file, but I have no idea about it.

Any idea? Do I have any missing?

I try it in WSL (Ubuntu 22.4).

Hi,

It works for me on Ubuntu 22.04 native.

But in any case, you could try installing protobuc-compiler and python-protobuf
from apt-get and use the source distribution instead of binary.
