Anyone have a mirror for the GROMACS installation instructions on Linux?

I've linked an mdrun executable from the same version of GROMACS, but I'm not sure how to verify it other than doing an energy minimization, which fails returning a 225 error in grompp.

Specs:

Ubuntu 12.04 with Brians' chroot package (had to manually make sim.so and bad/bin/sim.so to get dynamics running, but otherwise unaltered). 
Intel x64
Radeon 5750
