Part properties adds an extra atom to count

This appears to be a bug I never noticed before. It seems to happen when anchors or atom sets are attached to the Chunk. See screen shots:

1. Create some structure

2. Add some jigs like anchors or an atom set

3. It you look at Part Properties from the atom count, it will be one higher than the actual count

4. Chunk Properties seems to always give a correct count.
