Hi there,

I have tried to find out what transfer syntax 1.2.840.10008.1.2.5.3  is, but I have not found an answer. The closest one is RLE (1.2.840.10008.1.2.5). Without knowing how to decode the image (transfer syntax will tell you) it will be pretty hard to get an image out of the file. Please make sure the Transfer Syntax is correct.
