Hello,

I discover that pins mapping changed between version 2 and 4 of Wi-Node.
With version 4:
Digital 10 is used both for RFM12B and L293D.
Digital 11 is used for L293D, SD Card and 23K256 SRAM (DIP)
does it means that :
  • The choice of RFM12B excludes L293D,
  • the choice of L293D excludes RFM12B, SD Card and 23K256 SRAM,
  • the choice of SD Card excludes L293D and 23K256 SRAM,
  • the choice of 3K256 SRAM excludes SD Card and L293D ?

Now in version 4 Wi-Node pins summary is

Pins list:
  • Digital 00 --> Serial RX
  • Digital 01 --> Serial TX
  • Digital 02 --> RFM12B Interrupt (INT 0)
  • Digital 03 --> Real Time Clock : SQW
  • Digital 04 --> SD Card : CS
  • Digital 05 --> Input 2 for L293D
  • Digital 06 --> LED / Input 1 for L293D
  • Digital 07 --> Enable ports 1 & 2 on the L293D
  • Digital 08 --> 23K256 SRAM (DIP) : ~CS - if installed
  • Digital 09 --> Spare
  • Digital 10 --> Slave Select for RFM12B / Input 4 for L293D
  • Digital 11 --> SPI bus: Shared MOSI (Master Output, Slave Input) / Input 3 for L293D / SD Card : DI / 23K256 SRAM (DIP) : SI
  • Digital 12 --> SPI bus: Shared MISO (Master Input, Slave Output) / SD Card : DO / 23K256 SRAM (DIP) : SO
  • Digital 13 --> SPI bus: Shared Serial Clock (output from master) / SD Card : SCK / 23K256 SRAM (DIP) : SCK
  • Analog 0 --> Screw terminals with up to 16v inputs
  • Analog 1 --> Screw terminals with up to 16v inputs
  • Analog 2 --> Screw terminals with up to 16v inputs
  • Analog 3 --> Screw terminals with up to 16v inputs
  • Analog 4 --> Real Time Clock : SDA
  • Analog 5 --> Real Time Clock : SCL
JP4
  • [1-2] --> Disable ports 3 & 4 on the L293D
  • [2-3] --> Enable ports 3 & 4 on the L293D
