Hello

I have installed the community edition (according to your documentation): I was able to run the Windows VM and virtualize an application.

Then I have stopped the Windows VM and now I cannot start it again : it remains in state "booting" if I try to start it or to shut it down.

Could you please help me ?

Thanks

Hi Sebastien,

Which version of Nanocloud Community are you using ?

You are most likely using 0.7 or 0.9. In this case I invite you to switch to Nanocloud 2.0. This version was released earlier this month and brings a lot of new features https://blog.nanocloud.com/en/version-2-0-0-apollo-of-nanocloud
In the process, Nanocloud switched to a full open-source model, which means Nanocloud Enterprise and Nanocloud Community became the same product.
We are moving all the support on Github where you are free to create issue if you need help: https://github.com/Nanocloud/nanocloud

This Google Group will be shut down soon and nanocloud.org will be updated with the latest details on Nanocloud 2.0.

Hope that helps,

- Bertho

Thanks for your answer

I am using version 0.7 of Nanocloud Community.

Can you please provide me the installation instructions for the newer version 2.0 ?

Thanks

Sebastien

The installation procedure is available on the official Nanocloud 2.0 documentation here: http://documentation.nanocloud.com/docs
The installation process is different compared to 0.7. Feel free to send me emails if you need help to install Nanocloud.
