From nanoc's perspective, a 404 page is just another HTML file; you
can create it in nanoc as you would any other web page.
What makes a 404 page "special" is how the web server itself treats
it. You need to configure the web server to return your custom 404
HTML page for a "page not found" condition. How you do that depends
upon which web server is hosting your site. Consult this page for help
