Nitrogen tank running out

Hi professor,

The Nitrogen tank has less than half left. Last time the direct write litho tool stopped running when the Nitrogen tank was around 1/4. Since we are using the lithography frequently, ordering a new tank earlier would be a good idea. Thank you.
