I don't think there's one giant RSS feed for the whole river that I know of.  You'd need to create a NANN folder in google reader and just import the feeds from the NANN subscription list OPML into it.  It's located here:

http://s3.amazonaws.com/radio2/communityReadingList.opml

They'll come in as individual feeds, but google reader will aggregate them at the folder level for you if you put them all under one folder.
