TREASURY & INVESTMENT AUDITOR
- The incumbent will assist in the planning and the execution of approved audit program for the Treasury & Investment Dept.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carry out in-depth review of business processes, systems and transactions in treasury and investment operations. • Assist in carrying out risk assessment in all functional areas of Treasury and Investment Department. • Identify and evaluate the inherent risks and provide recommendations mitigating them. • Identify weaknesses in internal controls and non-compliance with existing policies and procedures, including applicable Qatar Central Bank regulations. • Review of risk management function and liquidity management.
Qualifications:
University degree in Accounting / Banking / Finance,
with additional professional qualification in internal
auditing. Minimum experience of 5 years in internal
audit of banks specialized in treasury & investment
area is a must. High level of inter-personal skills.
Good working knowledge in computer software
applications. Excellent report-writing skills. High
level of English and Arabic knowledge will be
